The government fees for the standard visa are $26 and for the urgent is around $61. All nationalities will have to pay the same fees set by the government.

Relationship between Azerbaijan and Japan
Diplomatic relations were established between Azerbaijan and Japan on September 7, 1992. Japan was one of the first countries to recognize Azerbaijan’s independence.
The Japanese Embassy in Azerbaijan has been functional since January 21, 2000. Azerbaijan opened an Embassy in Tokyo on October 1, 2002. Azerbaijan and Japan share good diplomatic relations and have signed several agreements over the years.
