Payment Guidelines

1. Service Fees

Our platform charges a service fee in addition to the government visa application fee. This fee covers application review, support, error checking, and secure submission to the respective authorities.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

3. Currency

All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise specified. Your bank may apply additional conversion fees depending on your local currency.

4. Invoice and Confirmation

Once the payment is completed, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent to the email address provided during the application process.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note: our service fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to the authorities. If you request a cancellation before submission, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding processing costs).

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact our support team first. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension of service.

7. Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to request additional identity verification to prevent fraud. Orders flagged as high-risk may be cancelled and refunded.
