Digital Services Act
Our Commitment to the Digital Services Act (DSA)
We understand the significance of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and are committed to ensuring our users can easily find information about our obligations. This page outlines how we’re addressing the DSA in three key areas: establishing official communication channels, providing methods for reporting illegal content, and publishing transparency reports.
Official Points of Contact
In compliance with the DSA, we’ve established a specific point of contact for all official notifications. You can reach us by emailing info@azerbaijanevisaonline.com. This channel is designed for use by authorities from EU Member States, the European Commission, the European Digital Services Board, and any user of our services. Our primary language for communication is English.
How to Report Illegal Content
The DSA mandates clear procedures for reporting illegal content. Any user of our services can report any potential illegal content via email: info@azerbaijanevisaonline.com. When emailing, please put the subject “Flagging Unsuitable Content.” It’s crucial to specify the reasons why the content is illegal (for instance, if it’s outdated) and include the exact URL where the content is located. Additionally, please provide comprehensive details and evidence supporting your claim of illegality. Inadequate information may lead to the rejection of your report. Once your report is received, we will send an acknowledgment of your notification and keep you informed of our decision, as permitted by law.
Annual Transparency Reporting
As part of our DSA obligations, we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to produce a transparency report. This report will offer valuable insights into our content moderation activities, detailing the volume and types of content removed from our platform and summarizing removal requests originating from both public authorities and our users during the reporting period.
